Your Summer College Experience Is Here
If you’re an achievement-oriented, highly motivated high school student in (or about to enter) their junior or senior year who’s ready to learn at a college level and spend time on a university campus, you’ve found what you’re looking for.
UMass Amherst Summer College was created to give you the opportunity to get an early start on your college career. As a Summer College student, you’ll learn, create and engage in research in an innovative and exciting community of artists, researchers and scholars. You’ll explore potential majors, talk with other students, work with and meet UMass faculty, and experience life on a college campus.
Summer College intensives are designed to help you explore areas of interest and develop the skills and abilities that will help you succeed in any college or university. All our offerings are college-level courses and offer optional college credit.
