Feeling stressed? You’re not alone! Occasional stress is a normal part of the college experience. The Center for Counseling and Psychological Health (CCPH) can help you manage stress through online on in-person therapy, support and therapy groups, skills workshops, and stress management apps.
You can reach CCPH 24/7, all year round. Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., call (413) 545-2337. After hours and on weekends or holidays, call University Health Services (UHS) at (413) 577-5000 and ask for the CCPH clinician on-call.
