Off Campus Student Services
The Off Campus Student Services (OCSS) provides programming, information, and support to meet the unique needs and concerns of the off campus student by fostering a climate that encourages engagement with campus activities, growth in independent life skills, a positive off-campus living experience, and responsible community membership.
The Off Campus Student Center (OCSC) located in the Student Union is a place for students to gather, and take advantage of university activities, resources, and programs.
Student Legal Services
The Student Legal Services office is a student-funded law office which provides legal assistance to fee-paying UMass students and student groups. SLSO offers advice and/or referral in most legal matters affecting students, and can assist in identifying and solving legal problems.
The mission of Veteran Services is to assist veterans, guardsman, reservists and their family members in taking full advantage of all educational benefits available to them as well as assist in the transition from active duty to student life at UMass Amherst. We provide advocacy and have networks of on and off campus resources that benefit this student community.
Veteran Services offers a Drop-in Center for veteran students to relax or study. Regular hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Educational and social events are sponsored throughout the year.
The Office of Parent Services assists parents with questions, helps parents stay in touch with campus happenings and serves as a resource for parents.

The Center for Early Education and Care (CEEC) provides quality child care services to the University community.
Office of Family Resources
The Office of Family Resources is dedicated to maintaining a welcoming and supportive environment that enchances the lives of the diverse mix of families who live, work and student at UMass.
