Alumni/ae NewsSTPEC Receives $60,000 Grant for InternshipsMay 20, 2008 The Samuel Rubin Foundation has granted $60,000 to the Social Thought and Political Economy Program (STPEC) in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences to support undergraduate internships focused on peace and social justice. To graduate, all STPEC majors must complete a three-credit internship. Internships provide invaluable experience that deepens their learning and prepares them for the post-graduation stage of their lives.
