Turf specialist responsible for turf management on residential and commercial properties. Weed Man Lawn Service is based on solid agronomic practices and the use of IPM. Our specialists are responsible for providing proper fertilization and control applications to lawns while working with the customer to improve cultural care of their lawn. Opportunity for advancement to supervisory or management position with turfgrass education.
Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires outstanding customer service skills, excellent driving record and the ability to work with minimum supervision. Knowledge of turf agronomy and management will help in providing proper treatment and development of long term relationship with our clients. Plant Health Care Specialist responsible for management of residential and commercial landscape plant care. Our specialist will inspect and treat landscape plantings on our customer properties using sound IPM and plant health care practices. Responsible for working with customers to improve the landscape with proper selection and cultural care. PHC specialist will work with management to market our services and help to grow the business.
Minimum Qualifications:
Landscape plant knowledge and a solid understanding of caring for a landscape. Identification of insects and diseases will aid in proper diagnosis and treatment. We will provide training to assist the right candidate. Customer service and sales experience is helpful. This position is ideal for the professional who would like to leverage their love for and knowledge of the landscape into a profitable career.
Wage, Salary, Benefits Description:
Our Plant Health Care Professionals earn weekly salary based on customer service and sales accomplished, with an expected range of $600 to $750. Benefits include health, retirement, etc.

I own a small gardening company serving residential clients in Boston's metrowest area. Next Spring I'll be expanding into organic lawncare and I'm looking for someone to manage that side of the business as well as help as needed with gardening tasks.
Duties will include: Spring and Fall clean-ups; mulching and edging garden beds; lawn aerating; applying fertilizers, weed controls, and compost tea; pruning of small trees and shrubs; planting and maintaining annuals and perennials; weeding.
Minimum Qualifications:
The right candidate should possess knowledge in lawncare, landscape maintenance, and have good plant ID skills. I'm also looking for someone with a strong work ethic, the ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team setting, and someone that is in good physical condition for outdoor work.
