• College graduates with a degree in math, history, English or the sciences.
• Undergraduates majoring in certifiable content area (math, the sciences, English and history).
• Career-change professionals called to the teaching profession.
• Individuals who are committed to education as a field of study, practice, and service.

For the STEP faculty to consider your candidacy, you need proven strength in your subject matter.  But this is just the beginning. Applicant, you will need to show leadership in

d. the development of skills to serve historically underserved populations
