How to Set Up Your Screen
Note: This documentation assumes
that you have the SAS System on the same machine where you are running
your browser. Although, you can certainly read this documentation without
the SAS System, you will not be able to do any of the exercises.
- From your browser window,
place your cursor on right hand edge of your browser window. When you
see the double arrow, drag it to the left until the browser occupies
only the left half of your screen. Note: If you do not see the double
arrow, click on the middle button (restore) of the three in the upper right corner of the screen to make your browser window
a samller size.
- Start up the SAS System.
- From your SAS window, place
your cursor on the left hand edge of your SAS screen. When you see the
double arrow, drag your cursor to the right until the SAS System occupies
only the right hand side of your screen.
- In the task bar at the
bottom of the screen, click on the browser icon. You should now see
your browser on the left hand side of the screen and the SAS System
on right hand side as follows:
