FLEXnet Connect 6.1 Security Patch

Minitab 15 License Manager uses FLEXnet Connect 6.1. In January 2008 a security vulnerability was identified in FLEXnet Connect 6.1. All installation of FLEXnet Connect 6.1 should apply the patch. To determine whether you need the patch,

• browse to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Macrovision\FLEXnet Connect\6. 
• Right click agent.exe, select Properties. 
• Look in the Version tab.  Agent.exe should be version 6.1.100.64912 or higher.

If you require the patch, simply the download the patch, and double-click setup61.exe to start installation.
