American Planning Association’s Planning and Community Health Center

This past summer Angelica Carey (MPPA/MRP ’17)  worked to make it more likely that communities throughout the United States can implement plans and policies to improve the health outlook for all residents. “I have a strong belief that health and equity should always be at the center of planning and policy conversations,” said Carey. She felt at home at the American Planning Association’s Planning and Community Health Center in Washington, D.C.
