Applying to the Public Health Sciences Program
Dear student,
To apply for the Major in Public
Health Sciences please complete the following for the students currently enrolled
at the University:
- Admission Form
- List of Social Science Track courses or Science Track courses.
- Public Health Sciences - Social Science Track Requirements
- Public Health Sciences - Science Track Requirements
- PUBHLTH courses must receive a "C-" or better
- A current transcript (this can be an "unofficial" transcript printed from SPIRE).
Gen Ed Requirements are listed on the Registrar's Web Site
Public Health Sciences major is part of the New England Regional Student Program
Please deliver the typed or hand printed forms to:

Applications can be submitted at anytime. However, to get priority for the following class registration period, application materials must be submitted by the following dates:
• Fall semester deadline: October 15th
• Spring semester deadline: March 1st
Applications will be reviewed monthly. You should expect to hear about your acceptance into the major within six weeks of your application being submitted.
