UMass Alumna Joan Buchbinder received her BS in Nutrition here at Mass, and her MS in Nutrition from Boston University. Through her private practice with The Nutrition Coaches, she serves as a consulting nutritionist with the Boston Celtics. Ms. Buchbinder was formerly the nutrition consultant for the New England Patriots, Boston Bruins, and New England Revolution teams as well as the nutritionist for numerous SuperBowls. Ms. Buchbinder is an invited speaker for national teams including US Olympic sports teams, collegiate and high school teams, corporations and the media.
