Nutrition students publish editorials in Amherst Bulletin

Shanshan Chen, a doctoral student in nutrition, Katelyn Russell, a graduate student in nutrition, and Amanda Zani, a senior nutrition major, recently published op-eds in the Amherst Bulletin. The commentaries discuss policy debates that they studied in their Nutrition and Food Policy course taught by Assistant Professor of Nutrition Lorraine Cordeiro.
