Research Interests:

The focal point of my research is web-based learning, encompassing learning preferences and motivation in distance education.  I am interested in designing, implementing, and evaluating online nutrition and food safety education credit courses and professional development programs for undergraduate students, K-12 teachers, and health professionals.
