DEPARTMENT OF NUTRITION SCHOLARSHIPS

FOR GRADUATE AND UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

 

• Virginia A. Beal Scholarship

 

•  Helen S. Mitchell Scholarship

 

• Peter L. Pellett Scholarship

 

          The amount of these scholarships range from approximately $400 to $1000 and is based on

academic and professional achievement, financial need, and professional goals.

            The Virginia A. Beal Scholarship is awarded to two to four graduate students and senior Nutrition majors.

            The Helen S. Mitchell Scholarship is awarded in two equal scholarships each, one to a graduate student and one to a senior Nutrition major.

            The Peter L. Pellett Scholarship is awarded to a graduate student, with priority to those whose research focus may be relevant to the needs of populations in international settings.
