Graduate Programs

The Department of Nutrition offers the Master of Science (M.S.) degree with nutrition science or community nutrition options, an on-campus Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) in Nutrition and an Online Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) in Nutrition degree options, and the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Public Health with a concentration in Nutrition option. Graduate students benefit from small classes, personalized advising, and laboratory and community research experiences. The Department offers teaching assistantship and research assistantship support for many students.
