Volberg quoted in editorial opposing state lotteries

Rachel Volberg, Research Associate Professor of Epidemiology, is quoted in an editorial that calls on President Obama to pursue his goal of fighting income inequality by opposing lotteries. Volberg testified recently at a U.S. Housing hearing on gambling where she pointed out that governments that profit from lotteries are constrained in efforts to fight the harm that comes from gambling addiction.
