Vandenberg interviewed by Newsweek for article on BPA

Laura Vandenberg, Assistant Professor of Environmental Health Sciences, is one of 20 scientists interviewed by Newsweek about the potential health risks from the chemical Bisphenol-A, used in the manufacture of plastics and epoxy resins used in many common products. She says many of the negative health effects in animal studies occur at very small levels of BPA in blood serum, the same average levels that the chemical has been found in human blood.
