Public Health undergraduates accepted into Women’s Leadership program

Public Health Sciences majors Catalina Lugo '18 and Hannah Dudley-Youngs '19 have been accepted into the UMass Women into Leadership (UWiL) program. UWiL is a leadership training and professional development program designed to empower female students. It prides itself on the ability to prepare young women for their future careers by providing opportunities for them to see the benefits of public service. By joining UWiL, Luge and Dudley-Youngs will have access to professional mentorship and leadership training, as well as the opportunity to attend regular meetings with guest speakers and facilitators on topics such as conflict resolution, understanding the legislative process, preparing for graduate school, and public speaking.
