Public Health Sciences major Charlot meets Governor-elect Baker during his campus visit

Patrice Charlot, an undergraduate majoring in public health sciences, journalism and sociology,  recently met Governor-elect Charlie Baker during his visit to the UMass Amherst campus. Charlot is the winner of a scholarship that Baker helped establish in memory of his grandfather, Charles D. Baker II, which is a need-based scholarship awarded to talented undergraduate students.
