Elena Carbone, Associate Professor of Nutrition, will be holding an information session and open house for the Critical Studies on Food in Italy (CSFI) summer 2014 program in Rome, Italy on Thursday, September 26th, from 5:00-6:30 pm in Herter Hall Room 301. The five week program combines culture and food studies with field visits to farms, vineyard, coffee shops, and food-focused television and magazine offices in the Italian capital city.
