Application Deadlines

Application deadlines for the Ph.D. program is February 1 for fall admissions and October 1 for spring admissions. As the sequencing of course work and clinical practica for the clinical degree programs (master's program with a concentration speech-language pathology, Au.D, and the Ph.D. with the clinical certification option) is quite rigid in order to meet the Council of Academic Accreditation's standards, admission to these programs is usually limited to the fall admissions period. Therefore, students interested in applying to these programs should submit their applications for fall admissions (i.e., February 1 deadline). Students will not be admitted to the program for the spring semester unless they have completed graduate level coursework commensurate with the course work that would have been completed by a student who had been admitted for the previous fall admission period.
