DiFulvio, Gloria. Co-Principal Investigator for an evaluation project funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Center for Substance Abuse Treatment. The project is called "Enhancing Services for College Students: Using BASICS for High Risk Drinkers." This is a three year evaluation studying the effectiveness of implementing an evidence based program for mandated students.

Gubrium, Aline. Culture and Health Narratives of Women on Depo Provera: Black women, spirituality, and experiences with breast cancer.
Gerber, Dan. University Without Walls Prior Learning Process Research. Starting in the fall of 2005, this study examines the potential of the prior learning process to be a transformative learning experience for UWW students. The research design entails methodological triangulation that combines (1) a survey of 200+ students and alumni, (2) interviews with UWW faculty, and (3) analyses of the prior learning portfolio.
Mietlicki, Shirley. Senior Associate for the Tween POWER grant (PIs Professors Carbone and Anliker in Nutrition). An intervention study designed to enhance youth decision making skills in nutrition choices, based in the Holyoke community.
Mietlicki, Shirley. Rural Families Speak research study. To disseminate the research findings to Extension professionals and faculty nationwide.
Wexler, Lisa. Case study investigating how sending periodic non-demanding, support letters to people who made suicide attempts affects their help-seeking behavior. In collaboration with Maniilaq Association, Kotzebue, Alaska. Starting January, 2007 through January 2009.
