The Institute for Global Health
The University of Massachusetts Amherst Institute for Global Health (IGH) is committed to protecting and promoting the health of people throughout the world, especially those living in developing nations. To fulfill this mission, the IGH will provide educational opportunities for international personnel seeking advanced training in the public health sciences and will conduct applied collaborative research projects designed to develop effective programs and policies to ameliorate pressing health problems.
