I am a postdoctoral researcher in Dr. Andrea Foulkes group. Currently I am involved in a study of the genetic basis of Atherosclerotic Cardivasuclar Disease, which provides me an opportunityto work on high-dimensional genetic data. One challenging question is how to correctly infer the effect of multi-locus genotypes amid of complex gene-gene/environment interactions, and we aredeveloping new methods to address this question.  In general, my interests focus around analysis of large/high-dimensional data and related computation issues, especially using R and Python.
