Post Doctoral Research Associate
The School of Public Health and Health Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Amherst seeks candidates with a doctoral degree in biostatistics or related fields to fill a post doctoral position in biostatistics/statistical genomics, sponsored by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI).
The successful candidate will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop statistical tools for high-dimensional genomic and immunological data in HIV/AIDS and/or cardiovascular disease research. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in statistics, biostatistics, or related field. Expertise in R, S-plus, C and/or SAS preferred.
