When: Monday July 13, 1 p.m. (rain or shine)
What: Shotgun start, scramble
Where: Indian Ridge CC (Andover, MA)
Who: Golf- Singles/foursomes – limit 144 First-paid basis
Also Dinner only
Cost: $125 (18-holes golf, cart, dinner, prizes, donation*)
$100 (dinner, prizes, donation*)
Prizes: Raffles (HDTV, Sox tickets, gift certificates, etc.) Golf individual/team awards

~ If you cannot attend the event, and would like to make a donation to UMASS, you can send your check made out to “UNIVERSITY OF MASSACHUSETTS AMHERST FOUNDATION INC” and mailed to the University of Massachusetts, Development Office, Memorial Hall, 134 Hicks Way, Amherst, MA 01003-9270, Memo Line should read Corinne Johnson Scholarship.
