Study Abroad
COST
The cost is $3,300 for both the Intensive Undergraduate Program (Program A)
and the Advanced Undergraduate and Graduate Programs (Programs B and C).
The cost covers the following:
- Tuition, fees, room (double occupancy) and board (three meals per day).
Students have the choice of
living with a family or in a dorm. Participants may choose single
(surcharge of $150) or double occupancy in a dorm or with a family.
- Bus trip from Barajas Airport (Madrid) to Salamanca on the morning of July 1, 2010.
- The cultural activities described below.
- The excursions described below.
- Special activities, such as a “fiesta inaugural” (opening reception) at the beginning of the Program and a “fiesta de despedida” (End-of-Program dinner/party).
- A literary tour of Salamanca.
- Conversation classes for students in the Intermediate and Advanced Language Program.
Note: The University of Massachusetts reserves the right to modify the program fee, in the event of significant changes in the dollar-euro exchange rate and/or inflation.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
- $200 application fee – non-refundable. Application fee will be applied to cost of Program.
- $200 remittance – due Friday, May 6, 2011.
- Final payment ($2,900 or $3,050 depending on housing choices) – due Friday,
June 3, 2011
