A Letter From the Director Of the Salamanca Program

Dear Student,

Thank you for inquiring about the University of Massachusetts Salamanca Summer Program, in Spain.  Enclosed you will find all the details you need to know about the 2010 Summer Program.  Please read the Information Packet before printing and completing the application forms at the end of this document.  All applicants must send the following documents by mail:

1. Application form
2. Conditions of Membership Form
3. Agreement and Release Form
4. Student Evaluation Form
5. Partial Scholarship Application form (if requesting a scholarship)

Please also submit all supporting documents and/or items as indicated on the checklist on the next to the last page of the information packet.
