• Most language instructors of the Program are native speakers of Spanish.
  
  
• Assistance in Salamanca: The Assistant Director of the UMASS Program, as well as the Program Assistants, the Program Director and the staff of the Colegio Hispano Continental will be available for any consultation or assistance.

• Scholars-in-Residence: invited guest professors of the University of Massachusetts Amherst (professors Pope and Medina) will be available to students for consultation during office hours or by appointment. Students may also want to work on special projects with our scholars-in-residence.
