Bio
Amrita Pande is a doctoral candidate. Her research and teaching interests include gender and globalization, gendered bodies and gendered workspaces, assisted reproductive technologies and social movements. She is currently working on an ethnography of transnational commercial surrogacy in Gujarat, India.
