Project implementation updates available

Implementation has begun on three SFE change proposals:

· Small-Scale Renovation and Construction
· Travel Services
· Graduate Student Appointment Process

SFE is a way of thinking and working

The projects launched by the Striving for Excellence hold powerful potential for change. Yet the formal SFE projects by no means exhaust the institution's capacity for learning and self-renewal. How might SFE acknowledge and strengthen the various forms of innovative change occurring throughout the University so that "striving for excellence" can become an established way of thinking and working?

SFE supports change across campus

Are you or your colleagues transforming your work? If you have been involved in a change-related project or have recently completed one, SFE would like to know about it. By learning more about change efforts across campus, members of CCOR can encourage those efforts and share innovative ideas with others. Options for recognition of successful innovations are currently under discussion.
