Change proposals outline options for the future

The change proposal is a key document within the SFE methodology. It typically contains the project team's analysis of the current situation and its recommendations for improvement. In preparing a change proposal, a project team is asked to include suggestions for:

· identifying opportunities for new revenue streams;
· redesigning administrative processes and organizational units;
· developing new public/private partnerships;
· retaining existing practices where appropriate.

Proposals result in implementation

In dialogue with the team leader and project sponsor, CCOR reviews the change proposal submitted by the project team, seeks community feedback, and prepares its own set of suggestions to inform implementation. The change proposal, accompanied by CCOR's suggestions, is discussed by CEAC and forwarded to the appropriate executive area for implementation by the project sponsor.
