SEPRI's programs focus on four highly integrated goals:

The Four Keys to Emergency Preparedness

Protection
Programs seek to protect natural resources, (air, water, and the food supply chain), transportation systems, power grids, and vulnerable infrastructure from chemical, biological and explosive agents.

Detection
Systems are designed to identify the composition, location and movement of these and other manmade and natural disaster-causing agents.

Communication
Integrated, redundant, and peer-to-peer communications systems, are designed to support specific emergency response communication goals and strategies.

Response Management and Training

SEPRI solutions include real-time integrated information management and decision support systems; evacuation planning, simulation, and management; and first responder training.
