New Computerized Forms!
All of the Course Approval Procedure Guide forms are now computerized as MS Word documents which you can download to your computer, fill in the appropriate blanks, and save. In addition, please note that the Faculty Senate now requires electronic submission (in MS Word format) of course and program proposals, in addition to the requirements for submission stipulated in the Course Approval Procedure Guide (as recently approved in Sen. Doc. No. 05-019A ).
