Summary-A summary of the basic analysis plan is given.

Statistical Methods-Analyses are described for special situations encounterd in this study, including estimating amplitude and phase of seasonal effects, and construction of estimates of quarterly measures of diet and physical activity.

Biological Notes- A strategy is given to adjust serum cholesterol levels to plasma blood volume.

Examples of SAS Programs- Examples of some SAS programs that implement the analyses are given.
