Please join us as an exhibitor at The First Annual New England Conference for Student Success in October. The conference focuses on programs and practices that have potential for helping students succeed in higher education and is expected to attract 300+ faculty and administrators, as well as professional staff in academic and student affairs. We are pleased to welcome John Gardner, President of the Gardner Institute for Excellence in Undergraduate Education, as our keynote speaker. Read more about the conference.

The Resource Fair will give your business an excellent opportunity to promote your products and services to the academic community throughout New England. The Fair will run concurrent with conference programming on Friday, October 8 from 8:00 am through 4:45 pm. Exhibitor tables will be centrally located on the concourse near the registration area and adjacent to the break out rooms. Morning and afternoon coffee breaks as well as the post-lunch dessert break will be set up on the concourse. There will be several opportunities throughout the day for conference attendees to visit your table. Exhibition space is limited to 18 tables to ensure a high ratio of attendees to exhibitors.

Tables: $500

Table Rental Includes:

  • 8' by 10' draped table with two chairs
  • Two conference registrations
  • Continental breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch
  • Electrical power outlet
  • Organization listing in the conference program brochure (100 words or less)
  • Organization listing and link on the conference website
  • Access to the wireless network

Terms and Conditions:
Exhibit space is limited. Priority will be given to conference sponsors. Table assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis Cancellation of reserved booth spaces received on or before September 17, 2010 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing charge. No refunds will be issued after this date.

If you would like to send materials prior to your arrival, please plan for them to arrive no earlier than 5 days before the conference and mail to:

Set-Up and Take-Down

Tables will be ready for exhibitor access by 7:00 a.m. on Friday October 8. We expect attendees to begin arriving at 8:00 a.m. If no one is on the first floor to help you find your pre-shipped materials when you arrive, please contact Sarah Long or Room 918 in the building. You can clear your exhibit after 4:45 pm. If you need to ship materials back to your company at the conclusion of the conference, please leave them in your booth labeled and ready to go. Conference staff will move them to the Campus Center Loading Dock.  You MUST call your shipping company and schedule a pickup for the Campus Center Loading Dock at UMass for Friday, October 8.  If you do not schedule a pickup, your materials will not be shipped.
