New Development Officer Joins SBS Team
In mid-January Saige Reisler joined the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences team as Senior Associate Director of Development, bringing with her more than ten years of nonprofit development experience. Her forte: relationship building and generating revenue from individual donations, foundations, corporations, and events for regional and national organizations.
Reisler has led several volunteer efforts, including board development, solicitor training, and giving campaigns. Most recently, she was regional manager of giving and major gifts for the Boston-based Center for Women and Enterprise. She also has served as director of annual giving at the Williston Northampton School, an independent residential school in Easthampton, MA, where her efforts set new records in faculty and staff participation and 50th reunion giving.
Reisler holds a BA in psychology (women's studies minor) and an MPA with emphasis in nonprofit management from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She recently completed a post-graduate certificate in Women in Politics and Public Policy at UMass Boston where she researched pay equity and water policy implications for women. Reisler is on the board of directors of the Women's Fund of Western Massachusetts.
