Congratulations to Geoff Vidal for his new appointment as Lead Tenor Saxophonist with the Prestigious West Point Jazz Knights.  He joins UMass grad David Loy Song in the Jazz Knights Saxophone Section, and Wayne Tice, Saxophone Soloist with the West Point Concert Band.


Congratulations also to Trish Cornett, recent member of the Saxophone Class for her new position as Assistant Director of Bands a the Crane School of Music in Potsdam, NY

LINKS, NEW CONCERTOS FOR SAXOPHONE AND WIND ENSEMBLE with the Virginia Wind Symphony, Dennis Zeisler, conductor, on Albany Records, Troy 1466.  This is the second CD Professor Klock has released on Albany Records.  The first was CONNECTIONS, Troy 1182.  All of the music on both CDs was written or arranged for Professor Klock or one of his students.  CONNECTIONS has received outstanding reviews in Fanfare Magazine and American Record Guide.

The 32nd Annual New England Saxophone Symposium will be March 7&8, 2014, featuring graduates of Professor Klock's Saxophone Class from the past 34 years.
