Nancy Beaucham, Mullins Center Executive Director
Nancy Beauchamp graduated Cum Laude from Assumption College in Worcester with a BA in Accounting and holds an Associate of Science in Business Management
from Quinsigamond Community College. She began her career in facility
management at the Centrum in Worcester in 1983 as a Staff Accountant in the
Finance Department. Her tenure in Worcester and SMG Management lasted ten
years and when she left, her title was Controller. In 1993, Beauchamp became
the Director of Finance at the Hartford Civic Center. She worked there for
five years and had the opportunity to work with the UCONN Athletic program,
the ABL N.E. Blizzard Womens Basketball program, and WWF Wrestle Mania X.
In 1998, she worked at the Providence Civic Center as the Director of Finance
but was quickly changed to the Director of Facility Services. In the fall of
1999, Nancy was offered the opportunity to be the Executive Director at the
Mullins Center. She gladly accepted the position . Nancy also serves as an
adjunct professor on campus. She currently resides in Ludlow and has a
daughter named Katherine.
Cynthia Costanzo, Assistant A.D. and Senior Woman Administrator at WNEC
Cyndi Costanzo graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1988 with a
BS in Athletic Training. From 1986-1989 she served as an athletic trainer as
well as a research assistant in a human performance lab from 1988-1990.
During this time, Cyndi received her MA in Biophysical Science from UCONN.
Following completion of her education, Cyndi became a Corporate Fitness
Program Coordinator as well as a Commercial Fitness Center Director in 1990.
Three years later she became an Athletic Trainer/ Wellness Coordinator at
Western New England College (WNEC). In 1995, Cyndi became the Wellness
Director , Physical Education Coordinator and Senior Woman Administrator at
WNEC. Presently, she serves as an Assistant Athletic Director and the Senior
Woman Administrator at WNEC and has a long list of responsibilities. Cyndi
has been married for 11 years and is a mother of five-year old twins, James
and Emily.
Ginger Goldsbury,
UMASS College of Food and Natural Resources Career Counselor
Ginger Goldsbury has been associated with the field of Career Development for
the past 20 years. Currently the Director of Career Planning for the College
of Food & Natural Resources, she has been working closely with the department
of Sport Management for 12 years. She has been actively involved with her
professional association, the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers,
having served on the Executive Board for over two years. She holds a
Bachelor's Degree from Penn State and a Master's Degree in Education from the
University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Judith LaBranche, UMASS Housing Services Wellness Coordinator
Judi LaBranche graduated from Springfield College with a BS in Health Fitness
and MS in Health Promotion/Wellness Management. She began her career at
Western New England College as the Assistant Director of Wellness and
Recreation. During this time she was also the Wellness Director at a large
YMCA in western Connecticut. In 1996, Judi was hired by the University of
Massachusetts to run the employee wellness program for housing services. Two
years later, she took over the operation of the on-campus wellness
facilities, the Body Shops, and converted them into the Residential Wellness
Centers. Currently, the wellness program caters to over 1200 student members
and over 30 student employees. Judi enjoys working in the wellness field to
assist others in achieving a higher level of living. She currently resides
in Belchertown with her husband, Matt, and her four-year old son, Matty.
Francesca McClellan, UMASS Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach
Francesca McClellan graduated from Harvard University in 1983 where she was a
standout lacrosse player from 1980-1983. She was a two-time All-American
selection and still holds three Ivy League scoring records. She was named
the Ivy League Player of the Year in both 1981 and 1982. She is also in the
Harvard Athletic Hall of Fame. In 1982, 1986, and 1990, Fran was a member of
the United States National Lacrosse team. Following her collegiate career,
Fran was the head women’s lacrosse coach at Yale University from 1986-1992.
She led Yale to the ECAC Championship in both 1990 and 1991. In 1994, Fran
became the head coach of the UMASS women’s lacrosse team. She built a
successful program for six seasons until she resigned in 2000 to devote more
time to her family. This past year, after a two year absence from coaching,
Fran rejoins the UMASS lacrosse program as an Assistant Coach. She is
enjoying coaching as well as spending quality time with her husband and two
daughters, Julia and Elizabeth.
Diane Ozzolek, Fleet Center Director of the Premium Club and Guest Services
Diane Ozzolek graduated from the UMASS School of Management in 1992 with a
major in Marketing. Two years later she graduated from the UMASS Sport
Management Master’s program and completed an internship with Rice University
in Houston where she was an Academic Advisor to student-athletes. Diane
joined the Fleet Center in 1995 where she worked with Sportservice, the Fleet
Center’s catering company. In 1996 she moved into the Premium Seating Sales
and Service department. In April, 2000, Diane was promoted to Director and
into a spot on the Fleet Center’s Executive Management Team. In her current
position, Diane heads the Premium Club at the Fleet Center and is also
responsible for managing all aspects of guest services in the Fleet Center.
She also is actively involved as a Committee Member of the Association of
Luxury Suite Directors.
