As an "open" organization, we want members to be able to see what the officers do during a meeting. Therefore, we decided to post our minutes--horribly vague and often amusing notes of what we spend time on. For future meetings, we will plan them in advance so that other members are able to join us as we discuss the club and how to make it better (but these will be fun to post anyway!)
