The Campus Center Concourse Table Vending program is organized and managed by Tickets
Unlimited. Tables are available to reserve for the purpose of distributing information
and vending goods.
Review the general rules and categories.
Complete and submit a Certification/Approval Application and applicable forms.
Submit a Table Request Form.
Confirm scheduled dates.
The first two weeks of each semester are designated strictly for University organizations
and Student groups. Tables for the sale of goods are available after the two-week period.
All scheduled groups are required to sign in at the Information Desk with the Vending
Representative on duty between 8:15am – 9:30am each morning they have a reservation. All
tables must be folded up and put away by 5:00pm. If there are vacant spaces pre-approved
Category A groups can walk on from 9:30am-10:00am.
All reservations require 48 hours notice to cancel. If proper notice is not given, the
daily fee will be charged and/or suspension from the concourse will occur.
Any applicable rental fees are due at morning sign in and are paid to the vending
representative on duty. Please refer to Fee Schedule for list of current and applicable
Each reservation is allotted one folding table and two chairs in the space specified by the
vending officer. Anyone requesting two tables is placed in spaces 9a/b, 10a/b or 18a/b.
Category B is subject to an additional fee for these spots.
All displays must be neat and orderly, and the vending representative on duty reserves
the right to make adjustments to vendor setups if they do not fall within necessary guidelines.
Soliciting beyond the table and excessive noise is not permitted. Radios are not allowed,
unless the item(s) being sold directly pertain to music.
In the event of inclement weather vendors should call the following phone numbers to
find out if the campus is still open. If campus is closed prior to the start of the day,
vendors will not be obligated to pay.
