For a small fee, we can prepare legal documents for you in a wide variety of areas. Examples of the types of documents we prepare are: simple wills and trusts, demand letters, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies, and powers of attorney. The fees vary from $10 to $50, depending on the nature and complexity of a document.

In cases of severe financial hardship, some of these fees can be waived in accordance with a policy determined by the Student Legal Services Office Advisory Committee. Further, all clients will be given the choice of drafting legal documents on their own at no charge, with advice and review of such documents by the staff.
