AWARDS DINNER

On May 9th the University of Massachusetts Greek Life held its annual President's Ball honoring outstanding Fraternity and Sorority chapters and members for their excellence over the 2005-2006 academic year. Sig Ep won Philanthropic Program of the Year. Graduating Senior Chris received the honor of Fraternity Man of the Year, Junior and current President Matthew Fox was awarded Junior Member of the Year, who tied with Joe Lavoie for the award. Jonah Lerner was awarded President of the Year, Kevin Michael Taugher won Advisor of the Year. Sig Ep also Placed First in Greek Week, and SigEp walked away with the prestigious Silver Chapter Award.

CAMPUS CAMPOUT

From 2003-2006, SigEp has raised over $4,500 for the American Cancer Society alone with one spectacular event; The Cancer Campout For A Cure. This year we raised $2,000 for the American Cancer Society. This event was so unique and successful that it grabbed the attention of the Local News, and the UMass Daily Collegian.
