If you are planning on running a two-part event, you will be choosing only
from the four hour slots and every attempt will be made to have your event run
in either consecutive slots or similar times on consecutive days. Please label
your slots normally with 1 being the most preferable starting slot, and 2
being the most preferable second slot...
