Student Alumni Association (SAA)
The
purpose of the SAA is to provide programs of direct benefit to students,
alumni, parents, and faculty, as well as to the University of Massachusetts Amherst in general.
One of the primary goals of this group is to enhance the student experience
here on campus.
We also provide information about alumni programs to other students
and keep the UMass
Amherst Alumni Association aware of developments on campus. We serve
as viable links between the alumni of today and the alumni of the future.
The SAA programs are designed to promote interaction between students
and alumni, and to increase student involvement for the betterment of UMass Amherst.
The SAA
also promotes class unity and cohesiveness through social, educational, fundraising
and career oriented activities.

program of recruitment and commitment among both students and alumni.
