Pocket Pets
What is a pocket pet?
Pocket pets are those creatures that your mom doesn't want you to have.
These include rodents such as mice, hamsters, rats, and gerbils.   Also
sugar gliders, chinchillas, and ferrets.
Fun Facts:
They are easy to take care of for the most part and can fit in your hand.
The smaller ones can be in dry aquariums, while the larger ones need cages.
Chinchillas take dust baths and have a dense, luxurious fur that has
historically been made into fur coats for humans to wear.
Ferrets have to be vaccinated for rabies and usually have their scent
glands removed, yet still have a strong musky scent.
