What is it Like Working Here?

Here at Peoples Market we function a little differently than most businesses. There are no managers; in fact everyone who works here is a co-manager of the business. We are a student run cooperative and we are entirely non-profit. Each co-manager works on the floor serving coffee, stocking and working on the register. We also work on the behind-the-scenes of the Market, actually running and managing the business through a variety of committees that co-managers serve on.
