UMOC Caving

Let UMOC take you underground and do things with you!

Caving is a sport for all seasons and UMOC trips go out all year long. Day trips over to New York state or week long adventures to the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia, UMOC caving does it all. Long weekends often provide the perfect excuse to run down to central Pennsylvania for a 10hr underground adventure. Trips are geared to all abilities. We'll show you the basics of safe caving and as you progress there are plenty of opportunities to take on advanced challenges ( how about rappelling into a 200' underground pit? )

Our Current Caving Chair is:

Prof. Seamus Decker.
