Hey All,

I recently changed the calendar on the website (with the help of Shawn)  to a google calendar.  So go ahead and synch it with yours if you'd like.  The email account associated with it is not monitored, so don't send emails there.  If anyone has any problems let me know and I can try to fix them.

Secondly, and more importantly, I need everyone's Name, ID number, and year of graduation to complete our membership list so we can remain as an active RSO.
If you could all get me that info sooner than later that would be perfect.  Also if you are interested in being an officer let me know via email or at a session.

Thanks everyone, I'll see you all tomorrow!

Hi,

Firstly, as some of you may know, Hampshire College has a club, Hampshire Circus, similar to the UMass Juggling club. According to their mailing list, "Circus Folk Unite is a loose collective of jugglers, acrobats, unicyclers, poi-spinners, staff-twirlers, stiltwalkers, musicians and admirers of the circus arts. We come together to practice, share our skills and learn from each other. Meetings are Fridays at 6 o'clock for playtime, in the South Lounge of the RCC". I'd like to start going to this club and I'd like to bring along some UMass jugglers. If you're interested in going tomorrow send me an e-mail. I've got four seats free in my van.

Second, if you've ever been through the Campus Center between classes you've seen a myriad of clubs manning tables trying to drum up interest for their causes. The juggling club can be represented as well if you can make a commitment to spending some time juggling during the periods that you don't have class. If you're interested in Tabling in the campus center please make yourself known. It'll be a blast, I'm sure we'll find lots of passers by who will want to join in.

Thirdly, Cirque du Soleil Alegría is at the Mullin's Center. There are student discounts (Rumor is $25 instead of $40 to $95) for the Sunday performances. Here are the upcoming performances. Better hurry if you want to see tonight's performance!

Hey all,

I hope to see all of you at 6:30PM on the lawn for our juggling frenzy.  For any new people it's the lawn between the library and the campus pond (you'll see
jugglers).  The website has also been updated, as well as the calendar.  That can be found under "events" and will have all the meeting info.  Please let me
know if there is a problem with something on the website.  Well I'll see you in a few hours.

Yo Jugglers,

Another day, another school year beginning.

Another reminder too: juggling today, not on the Amherst Common, nor  at or in Boyden's wrestling room, but rather from 4-7 near UMass's  Student Union & Library 'n' all (or wherever--just look for the huge  group of people). If you can help set up, come earlier. Again, this is  a great opportunity to get some new members, so if you're available,
come join us, and let's see if we can swell our ranks with the onset  of the new semester.

Oh yeah, if anyone still has any J-club shirts, it's a good  opportunity to wear 'em!

Okay everyone, here is a cool event that some of you might be interested in attending/ performing at.

Jugglers Needed!
Coming this Saturday the University Gallery is kicking off it's new Andy Warhol exhibit. To celebrate this we are throwing a Warhol themed party and would love to have
your help. We are hoping to find four to six jugglers who can come either dressed in drag or vintage late 60's attire.  Here is a picture of what we're looking for.
The party will be Saturday, September 12th from 7:00 to 11:00PM. If you cannot attend the whole event please email me anyway. We will probably only need you
for about 2 hours during the event. This is a charity event and therefore we will only be able to pay you with free food and a good time!
Please contact Robert Christiansen as soon as possible.

Hey all,
I hope everyone is enjoying the semester break. So, I'm writing to ask if anyone wants to come up with an idea for a banner. We should have something to display so people know who we are. If anyone wants to give it a shot, email me your suggestions. I sketched out a rough example (not a serious one) that can be viewed in the emails section of our webpage: http://www.umass.edu/rso/juggle/flyer/bannersample.jpg If someone wants to show off their artistic ability, feel free. See you all in a couple weeks!

P.S. If the email is too large, please email it to my other address: jrdrolet89@yahoo.com

Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know that this Wednesday the Gym is closed for Thanksgiving recess.  So you'll have to juggle in the comfort of your own homes.  The calendar doesn't explicitly state this, so I figured I'd email it.

Also, a woman named Julia has asked if anyone is interested in stopping by a school in Northampton.  She started a juggling club their and wanted a few people to go "show off and play with the kids." The kids are K-6 and are really into it.  If anyone is interested shoot me an email and I'll forward you to her.

Thanks, have a happy Thanksgiving.

Yo Jugglers!

Tomorrow, or today, depending on when you read this, but in any case, Weds, November 19 at 6:30 in Boyden's own ever humidly fragrant wrestling room is our last session before Thanksgiving break! This means it's your last chance before Thanksgiving to enjoy L'eau de Wrestler for a full TWO HOURS in a room with greatly engorged
moisture molecules! And it's even FREE! Just think of it. But don't miss it.

Yeah.

Anyway, come juggle, yuhheah?

Hey everyone,

So I hope you all fing the calendar to be convenient.  I just received an email from the student who wants to interview a few of us.  This would allow us to get some exposure on the Umass tv station.  Below is the email, so let me know if any of you are interested and can do it.  Thanks, see you all Wednesday.

Hi,

I have another show and I was wondering if the UMASS Juggling Club was interested. The show is on Tuesday, Novemember 18th. It is a performance show so a couple of people from the Juggling Club would come on and perform and then have a quick interview. If you could please forward this to the juggling club and ask if anyone is interested on Novemember 18th at 1:30 to be on television please contact jasil0@student.umass.edu ASAP.

Thanks,

Hey all,

So, session today, same time and place.  I plan on having the sessions continuously posted on the events calendar, which can be viewed at http://pub33.bravenet.com/calendar/show.php?usernum=2823127926 which is the page you get when you click on the "EVENTS" tab on our homepage www.umassjuggle.com

I'll send out these emails only if there is something important to say (changes and such), unless someone objects, and wants the weekly reminders.  As far as important things goes, if anyone is interested in becoming an officer of the group, they should contact me.  It would require minimal work, if any.  I basically need someone who would be able to sign a few pieces of paper that I bring to them because it doesn't work with just one officer.  So if you wouldn't mind putting your John Hancock on something let me know and we'll make you a position.  And yes you can be an officer of multiple groups.

Any questions or concerns contact me.  I won't be there tonight though, BIO EXAM!

Hey all,

I hope your long weekend was enjoyable.  This week how about we do the same thing as last: 5:30 outside Boyden, weather permitting, moving inside to the wrestling room whenever, or 6:30. Of course the earliest we can be in the wrestling room is 6:30, but the hallway up the front stairs is a good spot as well.  How you all come, unfortunately I won't be able to attend the next two sessions.

Also, I have put a calendar on the website under the events tab.  This should show all of our meetings and such, as well as any other event that we may be performing at or going to watch.  If you know of any events that you would like me to post please feel free to email them to me.  If you're in another club,
those events are welcome.

See you all soon!

Yo Jugglers,

Hal & I were talking about juggling gear, and both said we had some stuff (bean bags, balls, etc.) that we were going to donate to the club. It got me to thinking: anyone else got stuff that may be stuck in the back of a closet somewhere, that you haven't touched in ages, that you'd like to donate to the club? I know Josh is fixin' to buy some stuff with our RSO funds, but I figger the funds can go to something more worthwhile than replicating stuff we could already have if some of us clean house a bit.

Just a thought, but put it in yo' pipe…

Alright, so we're coming up on this Wednesday's session and there are a few business items that I need to take care of.  The following are all ASAP, so please be snappy.

First is the TV interview.  It is Sept. 30th (Tuesday) from approximately 2:15-3:00.  They want to do an interview that will air on the umass channel (good publicity).  They need two (2) people, so let me know if you can do it. If you told me you can do it but now can't, it would be a good thing to let me know.

Second, "the Grand Opening Celebration of the new food coop in Northampton- the River Valley Market. The event is Wednesday, October 1st 4-9 pm. There will be a
variety of local music, loads of delicious food, activities for kids, with a parade and speeches in the middle."  If anyone is interested in going to this let me know so I can let the organizer know.

and one other thing that i'll have to send out a separate email for.  Thank you in advance for your help with spreading knowledge about the group.

See you all Wednesday!!!!

SENT ON 9/16/08 to ALL JUGGLERS

Hello everyone!

It's that time again.  Juggling session-this Wednesday at approximately 5:30 to 8 (or whenever).  Feel free to come and go as you please.  For all of the new people if you didn't already know we meet between the library and the pond on the grass.  Last week we had a good turnout so I'm hoping we can have the same this week, or more.

On another note, there is a person interested in filming an interview with 2 of our members on September 30th, from like 1:50-2:30 or so.  If you are interested please contact me. This will be aired on the UMASS TV station and is a good way to spark interest in the club.  So if you don't have a class and don't mind being asked some questions let me know. Thanks for the help.

I also plan on getting some new gear shortly, so if you can think of anything that the club should buy let me know.  Or if you want to make a design for a club banner I'll take it into consideration.

That's all,

SENT ON 9/6/08 to ALL JUGGLERS

Welcome back to school everyone, and welcome especially new jugglers, diabolists, yo-yoers, devil stickers, etc.! We're glad to have you with us, regardless of your skill level.

The activities fair went great. Thank all of you who signed up to get this email, and welcome to the UMass Juggling Club e-list. Our next session will be on the UMass campus between the pond and the library on the lawn Wednesday from 5:30 to whenever. Come and leave whenever you want. See you all then.

BTW, I recently saw the Cirque Du Soleil's Saltimbanco (at the Mullins Center) and it was awesome. There were several excellent acts, as well as 7 ball juggling and some poi. I recommend seeing it this weekend.

SENT ON 8/26/08 to ALL JUGGLERS

Yo.

Yo yo.

You you.

Great turnout and energy again last meeting. Joe counted 15 people, although I'm convinced there were at least 25. Maybe 55. Or more. But anyway, great energy too. We had at least 6 people throw burning things in the air.

Next meeting, tomorrow, August 27, will be our last on Amherst Common for this summer. Thereafter, we'll be on the lawn outside of UMass's Student Center until we move indoors later in the fall. According to President Drolet, we've got our old room, the wrestling room in Boyden. Yay! Our indoor time will eventually be 6:30 or 7, but for now, we'll grab light while we can, and keep the start time early.

Soooo, next meetings:

Tomorrow, Weds, August 27: 6:00 on Amherst Common (bring your fire gear, and let's burn!)

Weds, Sept 3: 5:30 on the lawn outside of UMass's Student Center.

SENT ON 8/16/08 to ALL JUGGLERS

Yo.

Fabulous turnout last session. 15 or more? Am I exaggerating? Only those that were can know.

It's getting dark sooner. Let's start at 6:00 (Weds on Amherst Common) for the rest of the summer.

Welcome newcomers Toby and Kevin. Y'all come on back now, y'heah?!?

Diabolo Mike is missing one of his bean bags, so if you find one that ain't yers, please bring it.

Hey, who has the club's fire stuff? Dorinda? Whoever it is, please bring it back!

See you Weds at 6!

SENT ON 8/11/08 to ALL JUGGLERS

Hey everyone,

Our members page (accessible from http://umassjuggle.com/) is way out of date, and has very few of our active members listed. If you're around and juggling with us, or will be soon, please email me back with your name, phone, email and AIM, if you have one, so we can have a members page that accurately represents who we are [if you don't mind having your info on the page].  Remember, not being on the members page doesn't mean that you won't receive emails; they are two separate things.

On a separate issue, if you no longer want to be on the juggling club bulk email list (and get these scintillating emails that go out to the whole club), email me <jdrolet@student.umass.edu> saying so, and I'll remove your name.

SENT ON 7/21/08 to ALL JUGGLERS

Okay gang,

Well, there wasn't a ton of response, but the gist of what there was was that Weds is still best. Let's say 6:30, rather than 5:30. Come when you will, of course!

Hope to see some familiar old faces, as well as some new ones! Hey, and maybe some unfamiliar old faces too!

SENT ON 7/17/08 to ALL JUGGLERS

Yo jugglers,

Day: small turnout again yesterday. Although there have been two sessions with good turnout, they've been exceptions (excessions?). Soooooo, time to ask: Those of you who are local this summer, is there a day other than Weds that would be better for you? Please reply, and I'll again tally the responses.

Time: Regardless of day, let's move the starting time to 6:00 instead of 5:30.

Those of you who asked for Weds, and ain't showin' up, please come on back! The water's warm, and we need some better numbers!

On another topic, Nick is having a gathering of skill toy users (that's all of us, gang) at his place in Shutesbury on August 23rd. He'll send out a more official invite, but consider this a heads-up. Nick, email me, and I'll get you that other info we discussed.

Y'all:

Great turnout for the first Weds on Amherst Common (5:30) last Weds!  With that hot a start, we should wail this summer! Forecast thus far looks good for this coming Weds.

Also, anybody want to juggle for Amherst's July 4?

Here's what I got:

My name is Brianna Fish and I am the Special Events coordinator for Amherst LSSE. I am currently planning the town’s annual Fourth of July celebration. As the event nears I have been looking for unique talent to come to this year’s event. I was wondering if you and your club would be interesting in being part of the entertainment for this year’s celebration. The event will take place on Friday July 4th, times can be arranged according to your availability, but the event starts around 5pm and the fireworks go off at 9:30 pm. There is a rain date of July 6th. Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in, as we would love to have you!

You don't have to commit, but I'd love to get some sense of how much interest there might be. Please let me know if you're a yes or a maybe. If I don't hear back, I'll assume you're a no thanks.

See you Weds!

Y'all,

By far the most popular choice is Weds. Tuesday is evidently not well- liked among summer jugglers. Either that, or you like it for something other than juggling.

Sooooo, Weds it is, starting this Weds, all summer long, on Amherst Common, right in the center of Amherst. We tend to meet on the Veracruzana end, for reasons unbeknownst.

As far as time, that was less clear. Let's start off with 5:30, for the sake of daylight, and see who shows when. I'll keep y'all posted.

See you this Weds!

get emails back from people about when they want to have sessions next year.

So, the year is almost over and I was wondering what you all thought about next years meeting time.  I would like to book everything like a semester in advance, so the first  suggestions that I get are going to be what goes (so please make a suggestion).  Preferably either: MTWThSa somewhere between 1730-2030.  This week we will hold our normal session, as well as a Tuesday 6-8 session (outside on the student union/ library grass).  This is weather dependent, so if it rains or looks crappy, don't come (unless you want to). K that's it for me, thanks.

See you Sunday!...and Tuesday!

Are you all ready to get your juggle on.  Same time and place this Sunday.  I am also taking requests for a time and day that would work for outside juggling, seeing as how the weather is getting nice.  Let me know if you have any suggestions, it would be on the student union lawn as always.

Hey all, so aside from reminding you of our session this Sunday, I wanted to remind everyone about the events that we were invited to attend.  If you have any interest in them email me, or if you have any questions do the same. Remember, the more exposure we get, the more people we can have in our club, which is nice.  I'll be keeping a list of people who can attend any of these, so if you want to know who's signed up, just email me.

First is the founders day festival.  This is on Tuesday, April 29th, from 1130-1230.  Basically we would be wandering around the crowd juggling.  If you
are interested but can't do the entire time don't worry, we'll just tell them what time we can be there.  FOR THIS EVENT, I WOULD NEED A RESPONSE BY APRIL 15th.

The ASC (Amherst Survival Center) is having an open house and wanted some jugglers to do a performance.  It is on Saturday May 3 1400-1700pm, but you wouldn't be juggling for anywhere near that long. FOR THIS EVENT, I WOULD NEED A RESPONSE BY APRIL 19th.

There's a  different "Renaissance Festival" on Sunday, May 4 between 1100-1600.  It's the same sort of idea as the other ones. FOR THIS EVENT, I WOULD NEED A RESPONSE BY APRIL 20th.

Been busy with school for awhile but wanted to shoot out an email with some possible performances people contacted me about.
Might be fun for some of you.  If you are interested I have passed the contact information to Josh Drolet <jdrolet@student.umass.edu>.
So you should give him an email and let him know what you think - if you can make it, if you think you might be interested, etc.

April 2008 marks the 145th anniversary of the founding of the University of Massachusetts following the signing of the Federal Morrill Act funding creation of the land-grant colleges by President Lincoln in 1862.  This milestone will be commemorated with a half-day celebration on Tuesday, April 29, 2008.  The event will begin with a series of performances in the Fine Arts Center by musicians and dancers from the university as well as from three high schools.  These performances will be intermingled with comments from President Wilson, Chancellor Cole, and possibly Governor Patrick.  Following the performances in the FAC, there will be a public lunch served outside on the FAC Plaza and Haigis mall and there will be further performances by student organizations.

The Founders Day Committee would like to invite you all to be a part of the Plaza entertainment on Founders Day.  Only a select few student organizations are being asked to participate- we hope you will take this opportunity to be a part of University history and celebrate the founding of UMass.  The Plaza entertainment will run from 11:30-12:30pm on that day. There will be a formal performance area for the performing RSOs, but we hoped that the Juggling Club might want to be roving artists and mingle throughout the crowd to help create the "festival atmosphere" for the outside event.  Please get back to me ASAP and let me know if your group can participate, how many people, and what times we would be able to have you there.  Of course, we would love you to be there for the whole hour, but understand time limitations.

Please let me know if you have any questions!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The ASC is having the first (ever) open house on saturday may 3 (2-5pm). They would like to offer some local entertainment and juggling was mentioned as a possibility. Would you and members of your club be willing and interested in performing at the open house?  This would have to be pro bono - we wouldn't be able to pay you but you would receive community exposure.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On Sunday, May 4, the Center is hosting a Renaissance Festival from 11 to 4 pm. We would like to invite the Juggling Club to participate in the event. This is an outdoor event, very loosely organized, and free to everyone. We already have the Madrigal Singers, a Commedia del 'Arte troupe, scenes by students from the Theater Department, and a Renaissance dance demonstration and teaching session. We'd love to have you jugglers, either singly and informally, or if you wanted to do demonstrations, we can build that into the program. People could stay for whatever time they wanted.

Yo Jugglers!

What's the very most celebratory way to celebrate Super Bowl Sunday?  Answer: it's to come to the semester's first meeting of the U Mass  Juggling Club, this Sunday, February 3rd at 6 (PM, thank you very  much) in Boyden's Wrestling Room! Aye, laddies and lassies, c'est ça.  Newcomers are welcome; all levels, including those who've never  tossed anything heavier than a salad. Old timers, come on home! Just think of how many more throws will actually be caught in several  hours in the Wrestling Room than wherever it is that the heavily  padded big boys will, wherever it is that they'll be. And they only  use one ball at a time! Wimps.

Anybody own a football that you can bring in honor of the festivities?

See you there (in Boyden, not at the Super Bowl)!

this semester  :(   Keep juggling over winter break, if there's enough people who want to continue using the room over the break just email me and I can reserve the room for you.  As far as next semester we will hold a session at the normal time (as of now) on Sunday February 3rd.  I plan to take a vote this Sunday about what time would be the best to hold our sessions, so please come if you have an opinion.  Well, I hope you all have a nice holiday season and a happy new year!

Okay, jugglers,

Time to come work off all that Halloween candy; Sunday, 6:00 in Boyden's wrestling room. There's no one else signed up for the room,
so we've got it all evening, so if you can't come at 6, by all means come at 7 or whenever. Last week's turnout was good, and that
included losing people to the Cornell juggling fest. But our past loss will now be our future gain, because they'll all be back and
showing us all the highly groovacious tricks they learned.

Hey, maybe some time WE'll host a juggling festival!

Until then, see you in the wrestling room!

-Ed

Yo jugglers!

Good news! Josh found us an indoor home for the winter. Thanks Josh!

So here's the plan:

We will meet in Boyden's wrestling room Sundays @ 6, starting not tomorrow, but NEXT Sunday, October 28. (Tomorrow's supposed to be great weather--why meet inside?! Let's wait a week.) Boyden is at the corner of Mass Ave & Commonwealth Ave, and has a parking lot. The wrestling room is upstairs; just ask anybody where it is.

Everyone is also invited to continue coming to the Student Union lawn Wednesdays, now starting at 5:30, for as long as our hands stay thawed. (Tobin bldg porch if rain.)

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

So, in summary, next meetings are:

Wednesdays @ 5:30 on the Student Union lawn. Of course, get there when you can, if you can.

Sundays @ 6 in Boyden's wrestling room, starting NEXT Sunday, October 28.

So far, it's been a great semester in terms of attendance and enthusiasm. Let's hope we can sustain the momentum during and beyond this transition to the new time and place!

See you soon!
SENT ON 9/18/07 to ALL JUGGLERS
Greetings Jugglers and non-essential roadie types,

I've been meaning to write this e-mail for a while, but I've just been positively swamped and there was a lot that I needed to put in here.  For starters, I'll give a reminder about the upcoming meeting.  It is this wednesday.  We had a great turnout last week, and we're hoping for more of the same this upcoming week.  So that we can get a full two hours of juggling in, we decided last week to move the meetings to 6-8PM on Wednesdays while we are outside.  I still have not heard anything from Boyden yet, unfortunately.  I called down there a few times but got no answer.  I'm going to go in again tomorrow.

OK, so on to addressing things I've been getting in the e-mails.  For starters, Hampshire College's Circus Folk Unite has been interested in doing some joint events with us and maybe doing some cross-pollination during meetings.  They have meetings (they call them 'playtimes') on Fridays 6-8PM and Sunday 2-4PM if you are interested in going.  The directions are at the end of the e-mail.  They also have a weekly "burn" on Saturdays at 9PM on the Amherst Commons.  I have no idea what this means, but I am assuming it has to do with fire.  It does not meet on the first Saturday of every month, but apparently there will be one this weekend.

They also have some other projects that they are hoping to do some collaboration on.  I'll just quote the e-mail I got:

"This semester we've also got a number of performances and other projects we would love collaboration on. Our first show of the year is a fire show for Hampshire Halloween on Friday, 27th Oct. Immediately following this, we have a collaborative show with the band Primate Fiasco at the Peal Street Ballroom on Saturday, Oct 28th. We are also planning to have a "normal" show either in late October or November in our theater.

In addition to this,  we're starting to work on organizing a college circus convention of sorts. The message board for the convention is:
  http://collegecircus.proboards62.com/index.cgi

and a thread about it on our our message board:
http://hampshirecircus.proboards50.com/index.cgi?board=generalbanter&action=display&thread=1182726511

Basically, we want to bring together as many college circuses as we can for discussions, lectures, and classes/workshop.  And really, we could use as much help as we can get: this can be as little as joining
in on the convention (which we are hoping with be in the spring), or even helping out with organizing!"

So anyone interested in that, contact Sarah Tundermann (sartunder@gmail.com).

The next order of business is the Renaissance Center Banquet.  Apparently on Saturday, October 27th, they are having some banquet at the Faculty Club (it's sorta near Franklin Dining Commons).  It's not a paying gig, but there is a bunch of free food.  They did say that they have costumes for us to wear, so apparently they want you to be wearing a costume, and that the ceilings are only 7 feet high.  If anyone is interested in doing a performance at this in exchange for some chow, let me know and I'll send a list of people over to Lucinda.

OK, almost done, just two more things.  The first is that someone from PVRewind (http://community.livejournal.com/pvrewind/profile) is looking for a contact juggler to come do a contact juggling demo on the first Friday of October.  They are giving away a contact juggling ball during a screening of Labyrinth, and they want someone to come out there and give a demo showing some of the contact stuff that was in the movie.  I don't know if they are offering a free ticket or if they want you to just come down and do it, but if anyone is interested, please e-mail me and I'll give your contact information to the relevant person.

And finally, the people from Barnes and Noble in Hadley are having some kind of Halloween party on the 28th of October and were wondering if we would come out and give them a demo.  Again, we wouldn't get any cash or anything for doing it, but they would feature us in their advertising for the event, so that sounds kinda cool.  If anyone is interested in going, let me know.  It'll be October 28th at 1PM at the Barnes and Noble in Hadley.

So, one final recap so that everyone's on the same page:

-Hampshire Circus Folk meetings/event collaborations
-Renaissance Center Banquet - Saturday October 27th from 6PM
-Contact Juggling Demo - October 5th (night)
-Barnes and Noble Renaissance Party - October 28th 1PM-3PM

Have a great week guys, and I hope to see you on Wednesday!

Hello Jugglers New and Old,

Just sending out an e-mail to remind everyone that there will be juggling tonight from 7PM-9PM on the Student Union Lawn.  I have not heard back from Boyden yet, and I haven't had time to go hassle them, so I don't yet know when or where our regular school year meetings will be.

I did manage to get some kerosene today, so we'll be able to do fire today, huzzah!  I can't really think of any other business, so I guess I'll just say I hope to see everybody there!  Feel free to e-mail me with any questions!

SENT ON 9/4/07 to ALL JUGGLERS
Hey everybody!

Sending out an e-mail to remind everyone that there is the expo tomorrow from 4PM-7PM at the Library Promenade.  I went to the CD&C and ordered 300 copies of this flyer: http://www.umass.edu/rso/juggle/flyer/LearnSomethingFlyer.jpg on various colored papers, and I also made up a smaller "chop" that we can hand out, and ordered 400 copies
of that.  I have no idea if it will be too much or enough, really, but I tried to get more than we will need, because at least then we can just use the posters for other advertising purposes.

Also, I am not planning on us having a meeting after the expo, because I think people might be tired from the expo and also because I am thinking that our normal meeting space in front of the Student Union will be occupied by Expo stuff, if I am understanding what "Library Promenade" means.  I went over to Boyden to get an update on
the room situation, and they said that they are working out the details now, and they will e-mail me by the end of the week.  For now, we'll meet Wednesdays 7PM-9PM on the Student Union Lawn.  I'm going to go in to the CSD tomorrow and see if I can get a purchase order for us to buy kerosene so that we can do fire next week.

Hope everyone is settling in well, and I hope to see those that can make it tomorrow, and everyone else next week!

SENT ON 9/1/07 to ALL JUGGLERS
Hey everyone,

Just a quick few notes.  The first, more important one, is about the Expo.  I called in and found out that we were given room for a demonstration space, so we can go, have a few people man the booth or whatever and hand out flyers and other people can do some juggling, maybe some passing or whatever.  Anyone who is interested, it will be
Wednesday from 4PM-7PM on the Library Promenade.  I believe we are at table 59A.  If anyone can come and help out it would be very appreciated, since this seems to be a pretty good time to entice new members into the club.

Also, for regular meetings: Is everyone OK with Wednesday 7PM-9PM on the Student Union Lawn for now?  I have not yet been contacted by the people in the Athletics Department about when our room reservation will be or where.  I will give them a call on Tuesday and hopefully we can make sure our room is guaranteed.  I am not super solid on my evening plans yet, because I have to schedule SI sessions next week (that will last all semester).  If anyone has serious objections to Wednesday, please let me know before this
upcoming Wednesday, because that is when I will be deciding when my SI sessions will be this year.  Of course, this could all be irrelevant if the Athletics people decide that we can only have a room on Thursday midnight to 2am, but just in case I am able to get any leeway in selecting a time, it'd be good to know what the favored meeting time is.

Anyway, thanks for reading this and I look forward to seeing you guys at the Expo and/or at future meetings.

Hey Jugglers,

Hope everyone has been enjoying their summer.  :)

Wes Peden is easily one of the absolute best up-and-coming jugglers out there. Aside from being disgustingly talented, he's also one of the nicest and most humble people out there.

He's been accepted to a super-exclusive neo-circus program in Sweden, and is trying to raise funds for his trip.

He is selling downloads of a 20-minute video to help raise money, for a cheap donation of $5.

More details are here: http://www.airplayjugglers.com/peden2sweden.html

Help out a stellar guy and a gifted performer!

This video is awesome.  :)
Very very fun to watch.

Hey Jugglers!

As the school semester comes to a close I just want to say its been a good year for the club.  The fall semester saw a lot of new faces, whom I know still read this email and should come back out this week for one last juggle day.  :)   "Thanks" to UMass however the Spring semester was difficult to work with because of our 8:30pm time slot.  Hopefully this coming year they will try to work with us a little more.  We did however run a great yo-yo contest through the club that brought in some more revenue and a lot of happy people: http://www.MAStates.com

Our last meeting for the school year will take place from 7:00pm-9:00pm this Wednesday on the Student Union Lawn where we have been.
If you need help getting there please email me.  Also please note, anyone that I told you could park your car up next to the library it turns out that as of recently UMass has decided to ticket these cars even after hours.
So I would not take the chance, and would rather park in a lot and walk as most of you have been doing anyways.  :)

We need a new president.  I am graduating this semester and will no longer be an undergraduate at the school.
I will be involved with UMass for one more year as a Graduate student, but will not be able to run and organize the club.
I don't mind being involved though and I still hope to get out to the meetings.
However this means we need someone to take over the club, set up meeting times, organize who brings the equipment, and go to the officer meetings at UMass.
You must be a student at UMass, but that is pretty much it.  And I don't mind helping you fill out all the forms and telling you who to talk to for whatever it is the club needs.
I can still run the website if need be too.  So please, if you have any interest in seeing the club continue email me back and let me know.  It is vital to the clubs existence.
Please email me: ABoulay@student.umass.edu.  :)
We will also need officers for the club.  Again you only need be a UMass student and you pretty much have to go to one meeting and that is it.  Looks good on a resume too.
Positions available are Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.  Again, please email me if at all interested.

Summer meetings are being planned.  Sounds like people are interested.  Who would be coming to this and what day/days work best for you?
Dorinda mentioned she would be willing to bring the equipment to the Amherst commons on Thursdays.  How many people does this work/not work for?
Email me and let me know so we can figure out the best day for everyone: ABoulay@student.umass.edu.

Thanks again for a great semester.
Hope to see some old faces at juggling this week.

Hello Jugglers!

A few things:

Just a reminder there is a meeting tomorrow night on the Student Union/Library Lawn, which is right next to the duck pond.
We are going to aim for a 7pm-9pm meet on the actual lawn itself.  Should allow us to do some fire after 8:00pm so bring your fire equipment.
Sorry about the random time change, but the weather is just too nice to juggle inside, and it is a better time to meet anyways.  :)

We need a new president.  I am graduating this semester and will no longer be an undergraduate at the school.

Tomorrow is the second to last meeting before finals sneak up on us.  I expect to run the club two more times: the 16th and the 23rd.
After that school is out and it is time for summer meets.  I also need someone to volunteer in taking the equipment for the summer and bringing it to the amherst common when available.
I intend to make it to the meets this summer, but my schedule becomes very busy and there is no telling when I can really make it out.
So if anyone is interested in taking the one bag of clubs and balls for the summer to help out that would be great as well.
Once school is out we can talk about what days work for whomever wants to meet this summer.

Hope to see everyone tomorrow night!

Hello Jugglers,
Two quick things:

FIRST: We are moving meetings times from 8:30pm-9:45pm to *8:00pm-9:45pm*.  Turns out the Wrestling Team's season is over and I don't think they are using the space.
I have an email out to see if we can get in there even earlier.  Here is hoping we can get the 7:00pm time slot back.

SECOND: I received one response from Dan S. that he may be able to drive to the Medieval performance at Leverett Elementary.
If you have ANY interest in this at all it would great if you could be in touch as soon as possible.
Since Dan is the only person who has currently volunteered it doesn't look like we will be able to do it unless a few more get on board.

On Weds April 25th at 5:15 pm, the Leverett Elementary School first grade is holding its annual medieval feast.
In past years the Umass Jugglers have been kind enough to perform, and we are hoping you will join us for dinner and honor us with a performance this year as well.  Thank you in advance for your consideration.
5:30 to 6:00 pm is entertainment. 6:00 to 7:00 pm is the meal, which we would love to have you stay for.
Again that is Weds April 25th.

I have work that night until 6:00pm so I unfortunately can't really get over there in time.
Please let me know ASAP if you think you can make this and if you would be willing to drive over/bring anyone with you.
You can also email me with any questions.  The sooner the better since this event is coming up fast.
Thanks guys!

Hey Jugglers,

There is a meeting tonight at the Boyden gymnasium from 8:30pm-9:30/10:00ish pm.
I am going to head out around 9:30pm since it is just too late by the time that rolls around, but you can feel free to use the room until 10:00pm of course.
I am still actively searching for space. Boyden was having so many issues with the other clubs asking for times they sent an email to everyone simply stating that RSO's need to stop asking them.  It looks like we were actually lucky to get the time slot we did...  Lol.
Regardless I hope to see some of you there tonight.

Every year I also run a yo-yo contest through the club.  This is partially how we had money for the equipment and T-Shirts I hope to purchase soon.
It is free to come watch, and feel free to come and hang out to juggle in the corner.  The actual freestyle show begins at 1:00pm and if you want to watch I highly suggest coming by then.  Third best yo-yo player in the world Eric Koloski has won it for the past two years and will once again competing for his chance to win.
Check out the website at:  www.MAStates.com

Also, if you are a UMass/Five College student you can have the chance to win $100.
Check out www.YoYoExpert.com for all the info.
Basically you can buy a $5 yo-yo the day of the event, learn the tricks the morning of the event, and go on to compete.
This is purely for fun, and was an attempt to make skilltoys and the juggling club more visible on campus with some of the fliers and table we had set up for it.

So either way we look forward to seeing any of you come by throughout the day to enjoy the event.
It runs from 9:00am-5:00pm in the Student Union Ballroom.

Also, as Edly reminded, any of you who have UMass Juggling T-Shirts feel free to wear them to the event.
Sometime in March I am going to get new shirts actually made for the club to have, but for now if you do happen to have those its always cool for everyone to look "the same."

Hey Jugglers,

I sent over the following list to the Fine Art Center:

Stephan
Ben
Malik
Zach
Joe
Edly
Dan
Joel
Jesse
Lily
Tobi
Phil

If your name is not on the list and you emailed me about it let me know...  Otherwise these are the individuals signed up for the free tickets.
All you need to do is arrive there at 6:30 to hang out and juggle for this:
---------------------------------------
Family reception and activity for kids
Wednesday, February 7
Join us for some circus inspired fun with the staff of FamilyFun magazine. The UMass Jugglers will entertain, there will be a craft for the kids and cider, milk and cookies for everyone while they last.
6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
---------------------------------------
Shawn Farley, our contact, should be able to find you guys there and get you the free tickets.
It is recommended that you bring your own equipment, since Dan has the bag of juggling clubs, and I realized the balls were in the other bag.
So bring what you can to juggle as there may be clubs but not much else.
If you have any questions email me and I will try to help.
Otherwise enjoy the show!  PS: I would love pictures of you guys in action there if anyone thinks to bring a camera!

Hey Jugglers,

Some good news and some bad news.
Good news is we didn't get kicked out of Boyden's wrestling room for the Spring like we did last year.
Bad news is they gave us the "generous" time slot of 8:30pm-10pm, but still Wednesday nights.  Ugh.  Looks like the wrestling team took priority taking our slot.  :(

I am hoping I can find something else soon, but UMass has not been an easy place to find rooms to juggle in.
I am not giving up though and will keep in touch with you guys as soon as I find out.
As soon as it gets warm enough (who knows with this weather) we will meet outside anyways.

For this week though I will hold a meeting from 8:30pm-10pm in the wrestling room.
Come juggle and have fun if you can make this horrible time.
If you can't please know I am doing everything I can to try and get a better time.

Also I need to know by Tuesday (tomorrow night, 1/30/07) whether you will be juggling at the Cirque Eloize show for free tickets on February 7th.
Please see the website archived emails for all the info: http://www.umass.edu/rso/juggle/emails.html
Thanks and keep Juggling!

Hello Jugglers,

Coming up on Wednesday night February 7th you can juggle and see Cirque Eloize for free:
"This renowned Canadian art circus comes back to Fine Arts Center with their latest production entitled “Rain.” This show is filled with circus arts, music and dance laced with the theatricality, sensibility and originality that have become the troupe's calling cards. The circus numbers, both on the ground and in the air, promise heart-stopping panache accompanied by an awesome mix of all things magical. On our stage, not only rain will fall; surprises will pour down as well. A special night for the entire family!"
Info is here: http://umass.edu/umhome/events/articles/41151.php

The show starts at 7:30pm and they have invited us to join in and juggle at 6:30pm at the "Family Fun reception" in exchange for free tickets.
Looks like a very cool show.
Of course I thought this was going to be on the 6th, and accidentally ordered tickets to a show playing at the Mullins Center the same night, Cirque Dreams (What are the odds, two circus shows on the same night, huh?).
So once again I will be unable to attend, but for those of you who don't have plans already this looks like something you don't want to miss.
Please email me and let me know if you will be in attendance so I can get a rough number of people to get the free tickets.
Continue to enjoy your break.  School starts in just under two weeks!

Hello Jugglers,
After numerous visits to Boyden to try and get the room for winter break we have discovered the building itself is only open until 7:00 pm and that they would have most likely wanted us out by 6:00 pm regardless.  I personally could not tie myself down to a day for this, and it isn't really a great time for people to meet since dinner usually takes priority.
So for now there are no official juggling meetings at UMass.  As Ed mentioned he seems to be willing to have people over his place, so I will let him email the club when he finds a good time for him and if he wants to and can still do this.
I hope everyone that is on break is enjoying it and relaxing before the next semester starts.
Sorry to everyone that was looking forward to Boyden.
We have put in the reservation for next semester again so things should be set with that.
More info as I receive it, as usual.
Keep juggling.  :)

Hello Jugglers,

Just a reminder there is juggling tomorrow (Wednesday December 20th) from 7-9pm in Boyden Wrestling Room.
I am still trying to determine if Juggling during school break is possible...
I have called three different offices over the past two weeks, and they finally told me that I need to come in and fill out a separate form for this.  So tomorrow afternoon I will be attempting to do this, and should eventually be able to let you guys know.

As of right now tomorrows meeting will be the last meeting before the students leave for break.
We will not have juggling club the week of Christmas.
In between then I will let you guys know via email and the website as to what is happening with club during January.

Hopefully all the student's final are going well!  I know this has been a busy semester for me, but I will be done tomorrow afternoon and very excited to be relaxing with friends at Juggling Club.
Lets get as many people out to club as we can tomorrow in case we have any problems meeting during break.
Looking forward to seeing EVERYONE there!!!  :)

Hello Jugglers,

Good News!  The equipment from Todd Smith came in!!!
We have five brand new sets of Juggling Clubs as well as a fire Diabolo and Fire Devil Stick.
Unfortunately the Cigar Boxes I ordered did not make it, nor did the Torches, but the clubs are beautiful.
Just wanted to quickly thank A2Z Science and Learning Store.  They assisted us in ordering these clubs, and will now be carrying clubs at the store.
If at all interested their website is www.A-Two-Z.com and they are located nearby in Northampton, MA. From now on they will have the same Todd Smith clubs we use at club as well as an array of juggling equipment.

Also check out this cool website Adam found:  http://www.juggleonacid.com
This is a great site with lots of different juggling tutorials.  Pretty cool stuff.  :)
This is also a great link:

Has a lot of good how-to-videos that really breaks down the tricks too!

Looking forward to seeing everyone at club this Wednesday December 6th!
Have fun with the links above.  Learn some new tricks and we will see everyone this week!

Hello again Jugglers.
Short and to the point email.

So I know we mentioned the Cornell festival at club this weekend, but here is the information in email form:
The festival is November 10th-12th.  Chris was very interested in getting a group to go down.
I know originally a few of you showed interest.  Some of you I know have plans already, but if you still wanted to go you should shoot an email to Chris to let him know and see what you can work out.  His email is = chris@kitzmiller.org.
The website for the festival is here: http://www.cornelljuggling.org/festival

Straight from Chris' mouth:  The best thing about these festivals is that you come away so inspired to learn new stuff. There are so many people there giving workshops and teaching one on one. All levels of jugglers are welcome and the Cornell folks usually find crash space for everyone who comes.

Thanks!

Hello Jugglers!

We have had some great success with the club in the past two weeks.
Two weekends ago some members from the club went down and juggled for the opening of the Luma show and received free tickets to enjoy the show themselves.
Pictures courtesy of Ed will be uploaded to the website shortly.

Today me and Stephan went down to the basement of Herter and filmed a UMass in Action segment on the juggling club.
They will be giving us a video that we can put on the website, that should feature the club well.

As for the new club equipment, I personally called Todd Smith this past week and asked where the order was.
Somehow they lost both the fax and the email I sent with the order, so I re-faxed it to them and followed up.
They should be in the mail by now, and we should seriously have some new equipment soon.
It will come I promise.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at club tomorrow night!

Hello Jugglers,

This is an exciting week.
First off our Juggling meeting as usual is tomorrow night from 7-9 pm in Boyden Wrestling Room.
I still have yet to receive the new equipment.  A2Z assisted us in ordering this, and are following up with Todd Smith whom we ordered from.
Hopefully we will have it all soon. The Smith group that came in late to film would like to come again a little earlier.  Here is what they wrote:

We were wondering if we could come to your club meeting again.  We will
probably want to come to several more meetings before the project is due
(Nov 13), if that is ok with everyone.

We are hoping to get more juggling footage (for our engineering
continuum mechanics project) and would really like to interview some of
the jugglers.  Would anyone be interested in arranging a time to meet
with us to do a quick interview?  We'd really appreciate the help.

They should arrive somewhere around 7:30 according to them.

Next, and this is the cool part.  As was mentioned at club last week there was the possibility of receiving FREE TICKETS to the Luma show.
The deal works that we arrive at 7:15pm to hang out and juggle as people arrive they have ten tickets they will receive for us in return.
The show starts at 8pm.
I need to know ASAP those who will be attending since there are only ten tickets available.  Email me: Aboulay@student.umass.edu
Keep in mind you don't need to be a "professional juggler" to do this.  The common person is impressed by three balls, and you can feel free to bring poi, clubs and anything else.  I also need someone to volunteer in taking the equipment over for me.  This would preferably be someone that can take the equipment tomorrow night after juggling.  If you are interested let me know.
As for the Luma show, it looks fantastic: http://www.umass.edu/fac/calendar/centerseries/events/LumaTheater.html

Also before the Luma show that day they are having another event: http://umass.edu/umhome/events/articles/40615.php
Alan Howard, Editor of Juggle Magazine, and here with Luma Theater will conduct a juggling master class on the Fine Arts Center Plaza. The class will be in the FAC lobby if inclement weather. Bring your own items to juggle (nothing dangerous).
This goes from 1:00-2:30pm and is free.  Again, it would be great if someone could show up with the juggling equipment.
If you can bring it to both of these events it would be even better.
I unfortunately have class all morning and work until 9:00 pm as usual on Fridays so I cannot be in attendance which is why I need someone to help me out.

Also coming up in the near future:
10th Annual Big Red JuggleFest: Cornell University, Ithaca NY
November 10th - 12th, 2006
Performances and workshops by:
Thomas Dietz, Airplay featuring Wes Peden,
Ken Somolinos, Sean Blue, Peter Panic and
Doug Sayers
For more information:
www.cornelljuggling.org/festival
We are setting up drivers for this.  We will talk about it during the meeting tomorrow night.

That is all for this email.  Looking forward to seeing everyone at Juggling tomorrow night.  Never hesitate to email with questions.

Hey Jugglers,

Next meeting is this Wednesday October 18th from 7-9pm in Boyden gymnasium.
If you have any questions on how to get there let me know through email and I can better help you.
Otherwise all the info is on the website: www.UMassJuggle.com

We will be having a couple extra guests from Smith College.  Here is what they wrote:

We are a group of Smith engineering students making a short video on the physics of juggling for a class project.  We were wondering if anyone would be willing to participate in our video.  We would like to try and set up a time to meet with you and tape you juggling (we are specifically interested in juggling balls and clubs), and perhaps ask a few questions for our movie.  If you're interested, please email us at eburks@email.smith.edu <mailto:eburks@email.smith.edu> .
Thanks,
Emily Burks, Nasheeta Sarwar, Sarah Stern, Alisa Stratulat

They should be arriving at around 8:00 that night. It doesn't really matter if you are a professional or just learning.
I guess you can email them and let them know you will be there, and willing to have them tape you.

We are also hoping to get out and do fire that night.  Last Wednesday it was raining, so let us cross our fingers for good weather this week.
I know Eric got a nice shiny new set of Fire Juggling Balls which would be awesome to see lit.

We also have a couple events in the works, one of interest is on October 27th: http://www.umass.edu/fac/calendar/centerseries/events/LumaTheater.html
I will pass on more info as it is available but it would appear that Alan Howard from Juggle Magazine may even be there to hang out and teach juggling.

If you have any questions shoot me an email.  Otherwise see everyone this Wednesday night in Boyden!

Hello Jugglers!

Just a quick email out to everyone that our next meeting is tomorrow, Wednesday October 11th from 7-9pm in the Boyden Gymnasium Wrestling Room (#237).
To get there driving it is easiest to park in the Boyden parking lot, which if you are coming off of 116 and turn left at the first stop light it is just on your right hand side before you would get to the Mullins Center.
Here is a map:
http://www.umass.edu/umhome/visit_campus/map_detail_04.pdf
Boyden Gym is on the grid lines B/C & 5/6. The Mullins Center Practice Rink is in grid A4. Student Union is in C4.
If you have any questions email me and I can help you out.
If you are walking there it is the building almost directly behind Tobin Hall.
Once you get to the building, if you go to the front of the building and enter at the front entrance follow the stairs up and walk straight towards the center of the building.
The wrestling room is just down the hall immediately on your left.  We should be easy to find.
I now have the fire equipment and will be there with music and everything else.
It will definitely be a good time!!!

Just a quick FYI the club has an order in for 15 new sparkling Juggling Clubs, another set of torches, a fire diabolo, and a fire devil stick.
Not to mention a good amount of balls that Jason Demmons still has...  Jason my number is 413-374-8619 if you can give me a call to meet up with me for them that would be great!  ;)
So there is a lot to look forward to.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there tomorrow night!

Keep on Juggling!

Hello Jugglers,

Another great meeting we had tonight!  Too much fun!
Just wanted to let everyone know that next Wednesday, October 4th will be our last meeting outside on the Student Union Lawn.
Starting October 11th we will officially be moving to Boyden gymnasium in the wrestling room from 7-9pm.
We have this room reserved for the rest of the semester every Wednesday from 7-9pm.
This should be a better time in the evening for most people, and we will still try to do fire either out in front of Boyden or somewhere nearby.
More information on how to find it next week.

For anyone that is going to help out at the Harvest Festival this weekend on Saturday I have attached below the info they sent out to me.  One cool thing is Henry the Juggler, a local from Amherst, will be performing there around 3:00 which could be a fun thing to watch.  :)
They are really looking to have us there from 3:45-4:30 to help out teaching and showing kids to juggle, but feel free to show up anytime around then.
I know that Dan and Stephan should be definitely there, and a few others mentioned they are going to try and make it.
I will find out for sure when Stephan will arrive since I plan on giving him the clubs to have there.
Our contact is Karen Gallager, so when you get there finding her or other jugglers would probably be the best start.
Here is some info she gave me:
*
We are having many children's events around the area of the barn/farm that will occur
concurrently with events in the barn.  We have a bagpiper, local children's
performers, string quartet, 3 bands: Dad, Come Home, The Authentiks and the
Gypsy Wranglers.  We are also having hot air balloons, raffles, and many
food vendors (i.e. Bueno Y Sano, Pizza Shark, Harp) and lots of products
from the farm.  It is essentially a celebration of the 1st Simple Gifts farm
harvest and coming together with the North Amherst Community Farm.  Although
admission is free, we are hoping to make a little money since we still have
a $600,000 mortgage left on the farm property.  I hope you will tell
everyone you know about it and if you can make it during any of that time,
it would be great to see you.  Tell them to go to Pine St and look for the big tents.  There will be people directing traffic into the
area. *

Let me know if you have any questions.
Keep on Juggling!

Hello Jugglers,

Just a few quick notes.
Juggling club has been great!  Lots of fun teaching, juggling, and lighting things on fire.
Check out the pictures on the site: www.UMassJuggle.com
Thank for the great shots by Nate Okun.  If you haven't stopped by yet the next meeting is 6-8pm on Wednesday on the campus center/library lawn.
IF it rains or is bad weather Juggling Club moves to Boyden to juggle from 7-9 pm.
As soon as it gets too dark or too cold to juggle outside we will be permanently moving to this location.

Also anyone interested in picking up some juggling supplies such as balls, rings, or some cheaper clubs: the A2Z Science and Learning Store in Northampton is having its Birthday sale this week from Wednesday through Saturday.  The store is 20% off and this may be a good time to get some starting equipment if you wanted your own.  They will very soon start carrying Todd Smith Clubs and accessories which is the same kind we have been using at our club.  Right now though they carry some good balls, rings, clubs by Henry's, and the cheaper starter Duncan sets.  More info on the store here: www.a-two-z.com

*Now the important part:*
I received a few emails from individuals interested in juggling for the Harvest Festival Saturday September 30th.
Unfortunately I have to work all day at A2Z so I won't be able to make it.
Is there someone that is willing to take the equipment over?  I can make sure I get this to you before you go.
From the sounds of it 2-4 pm works best for people?  Let me know.  Thanks!
*
Original message is pasted below:*

*I have an email from a Karen Gallager who was hoping to have a few Jugglers come and hang out at the Harvest Festival, Saturday September 30th.
The location is on Pine St. in North Amherst, and they were hoping for anywhere between an hour or two, sometime between 2-7pm.
It would be very relaxed and they would LOVE anyone that can make it.
They really would just be looking for people to juggle and teach others there.  Might be a good place to pick up a few new members.
If you are interested email me back ASAP with what times would be best for you, and I will then pick a time out of that.
Let me know if you have any questions!

If the weather is nice we should be doing fire again.
