Gareth Booker - Donald - This is Gareth's first show for UMTG and his first time in America. This otherwise daunting experience has been helped by a friendly and immensely talented cast (honest) and he hopes this is a experience he can take with him.

Back

Maria C. Boucher - Alice Sycamore - Maria is a sophomore majoring in History at UMass. This is her first production with the UMTG. Maria thanks her family, friends, and everyone involved with the show for their support.

Bevan A Brunelle -Bevan is a freshman Theatre major here at UMASS and loves her new UMTG "family" She started dancing at the age of seven and has been in love with Theatre ever since. Along with taking part in all the Theatrical opportunities in High School, Bevan taught dancing and choreographed recital and competition routines at a local dance studio. The kids love her - She is nuts! Bevan had a chance to produce and direct a play she wrote (her junior year) in High School. She loved it. She really wants to direct again and soon (Hint ! Hint! Ari!) She is going to miss working with the Cast and Crew of Y.C.T.I.W.Y. but hopes to get a chance next semester. She loves you guys and would "bend over backwards" for you anytime.

Back

Julie Burrell - This is Julie's first performance with the UMTG. She has previously starred as Maggie in The Man Who Came to Dinner, Mrs. Webb in Our Town, the Conjure Woman in Dark of the Moon and many many more exciting roles! When she is not at rehearsal, Julie can usually be found at the W.E.B. DuBois Library researching the effects of gamma rays on man in the moon marigolds. She'd like to give it up to her 7th floor crew (R.MC.). She'd also like to thank Conan O'Brien for all his support. Knickers!

Back

Kristi Ceccarossi - Kristi is thrilled to be performing for the first time in a UMTG production!!! Previous noteworthy credits include the title role in Drood, Fraulein Schneider in Cabaret, Rachel in Reckless, Mama Euralie in Once on This Island and Elomire in the award winning production of LaBete. Aside from her theatrical passion, Kristi enjoys monster trucks, bronzing baby shoes, and crushed chips. She'd like to take this opportunity to recognize her only equals: you know who you are.

Back

Sheila M Daley - Essie - Sheila is a Junior Theatre Major hailing from "Wus-tah." This is her first show with the UMTG and she'd like to thank Christy for simply being awesome and Kristin for her much needed assistance. Love and thanks to J,L, & A and of course, Mom & Dad. EXTRA EXTRA SPECIAL THANKS to "dream date" for opening her eyes and helping her in ways you'll never even begin to imagine.

Back

Jeff Devergilio - Grandpa - Jeff is once again gracing you with his performance in his 3rd UMass Theatre Guild production. You might remember him as Jonathan Hawker in last years fall production of "The Passion of Dracula." And if you've never seen him, here's your chance! Jeff is thrilled to be part of such a great Cast and Crew, and would like to congratulate each and everyone of them, "Break a leg, guy's" and, Oh, "Play something Ed!."

Back

Vanessa C. Fors - Mrs Kirby - Vanessa is a Freshman at UMass. This is her first show with the Guild. She would like to thank everyone in the cast and crew of "You Can't Take It With You' for making this such a great experience.

Back

Pedro Gomes - Boris Kolenhov - Pedro has come a long way in doing theater. He began with auditioning for The Wiz, in which after he danced and finally tried to sing, Pedro walked out of the audition with a sudden revelation, "I have no skills in the fine art of dancing." With this he turned around and auditioned for You Can't Take It With You, in which he was cast as Boris Kolenkhov, a Russian ballet teacher. Ironic? Huh? Now Pedro is well-known among the cast as a "wacky" improv situation provider. With such classics as, "You are a tour guide at a Peanut butter factory and the tourist is allergic to peanut butter." So in closing remember if you ever catch fire. Stop, drop, and roll!

Back

Matt Hicks - Paul Sycamore - After leading the A-10 in rebounds and blocked shots, this sophomore's torn ACL has allowed Matt a chance to bring the funk in his last guild show. With his quickness and hustle he takes any chance to dive on loose. . . balls, and pick up on . . . lines. Matt feels the love and the freaky style of the cast & crew and hopes the show fulfills his grandparents expectations. YCTIWY we're tall! Bring fortha mighty feast for all to consume.

Back

Gregory Hoyt - Tony - Greg is a Scorpio who enjoys taking long walks on the beach at sunset. Greg drove "bicycle taxis' in Mexico last year. Greg has never had his own car because he is "accident prone" and his parents don't think he can "handle the responsibility." Greg's parents also never allowed him to have a dog, once again Greg's parents had a "responsibility issue." Finally Greg would like to thank his parents for believing in him and his sister for being so money, you guys are the greatest! Also, Greg has never been on a date, 546-1366 (Greg's phone number)

Back

Kristina Aija Johnson - Penny - Born and raised in North Hollywood, Kristina is currently on exchange at the 5 Colleges for the year from the University of Washington in Seattle. She sends hugs to the homies out west, and she expects her star-studded cast and crew to come visit her someday back in Seattle to live it up West Coast style - Penny (Scorpio #2) loves you guys forever!

Back

John J. Kazlauskas - Mr. DePinna - After plowing platforms into the audience at Angels in America last semester, John decided his intelligence, beauty (Let's not deny it), pinata-making and his impressions of producers were being wasted behind the platform. If you saw UMTG's landmark production The Passion of Dracula, and stayed awake thanks to the enthralling performance of Sir Carl Bromley, you may have seen John as the fly-chomping, cross breaking, rail-snapping Renfield. He wishes to thank his dance partner Mattie, Ari's purple coat, John for the riches, the entire cast of this show and the Weeiz, his always supportive family & friends especially Jayna, Lindsay, Scott.com, and Mr. Paul Bean.

Back

Charles W. Lavers IV - Mr Kirby - Mr. Lavers would like to give thanks for inspiration to Chet Ripley and Roman Craig. What a gas! He would also like to thank Grant, Darren, Randall, Richard, Todd, Tony, Greg, Fish, Steve, Ryan, and Phoenix. They are all evil, but he still prays for them. Thanks to his beautiful mom and sister, as well as a wonderful and talented cast. He would also like to thank his lawyer for making this all possible.

Back

Anthony Presta - Mac (The Third Man) - Anthony is a sophomore School of Management major from New York. His acting career is young, but keep an eye out for him because he is coming up fast and strong.

Back

Matthew Rosnov - Ed Carmichael - This is Matthews first show with the UMTG, and as a freshman he is very excited. He has performed in several plays and musicals back home and can't wait to perform here. He has had a great time so far and want to thank everyone for making his first show a blast!

Back

Ben Teig - The Man/ The Chief - Ben is a Junior Theater Major who is in his first performance with the UMTG, in fact this is his first performance at UMass in general. Ben enjoys his part as a police officer and hopes to keep the handcuffs for future occasions. He would like to thank the cast and crew of "You Can't Take It With You" for a great show.

Back

Jason Warner - Henderson - Jason is yet another denizen of Lowell, Massachusetts. This is the first of what he hopes will be many production with the Guild. Jason is a nebulous English major and hopes to find some kind of direction very soon. He is currently accepting donations of money & ice cream which will undoubtedly help his college career. He sends his love to his parents & Katie.

Back

Nikita Zaharov - Jim (One of the Men) - Nikita is a freshman and he is happy to be a part of UMTG production for the first time. Thank you, Mattie. Nikita would like to thank all the brothers of Delta Upsilon for understanding me. Especially, brothers Ryan H., Matthew T., and Brian W. To Mom, Dad, Ed, and Jane, he's on his way. Last, but definitely not least, thanx's to the fun, crazy cast of "You Can't Take It With You", The Wiz, The A-Team, Pedro and the improv.
